WELCOME TO MARUTHI PRATHANA EXIM
We in Maruthi Prathana Exim also do individually some stock trading and we buy and sell shares both in primary and secondary stock markets through authorized brokers of BSE and NSE.
Stocks are of different types. They are growth stocks, Value Stocks, large cap stocks, mid cap stocks and small cap stocks. We used to buy and sell all these variety of stocks. We normally study the day to day market trends and Sensex, Nifty and NASDAQ movements. After careful deliberations we select blue chip scrips to invest the money.
Growth stocks are stocks that would offer high returns in the long run and we park some funds in these scrips. Value stocks are stocks, which are currently undervalued due to market recessionary trends but the company fundamentals tend to be intact and there are usually no changes in the profitability or business model of the company. These stocks offer better opportunities for us to invest the money and due to the strong fundamentals of the company these stocks may go up over a period of time.
We also used to invest in Large Cap Stocks, stocks whose market capitalization is large. Usually these are companies, which have established business models and have grown big over the years. These companies have stable business models and thus pose lesser risk to the investors.
Mid Cap Stocks are stocks whose market capitalization is medium. These are medium sized companies probably ancillaries to the large cap companies or regional companies having few products catering to fewer markets. The liquidity is less compared to the large cap companies. We do invest in these companies for a very short period.
We invest in Small Cap Stocks on day to day basis after seeing the movement of share price for a week or so. But we sell these shares even for a small profit as the shares are not advisable to hold.
As the global share market is very volatile in the recent past, we decide the investment pattern only after consulting financial advisers and after very careful deliberations.
